ABOUT DAVID MOSLEY
With over 35 years of experience in the scaffolding and access sector. I’ve worked in nearly every part of the industry, on-the-tools scaffolding to leadership roles such as Managing Director of CISRS and Director of Training for NASC.
I specialise in aligning the diverse needs of trade associations, contractors, clients, trade unions, awarding bodies, governmental agencies, HSE, and training providers to achieve shared goals in safety, training, and competency development.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Expanded UK scaffolding training provision from 8 to 40+ approved centres, supporting 65,000+ cardholders.
Developed innovative training programmes, including labourers, apprenticeships, inspection, supervisors, and systems scaffolding courses.
Established an Overseas Scaffolding Training Scheme, with 15 providers in 10 countries and 25,000+ cardholders.
Advocated for training programs with major clients, local governments, and safety experts globally, including in China, South Korea, UAE, Nigeria, and Qatar.
Introduced Scaffolder CPD programme.
